Transfer #3

Hi guys!

So today was the day. We transferred our last two embryos and they were beautiful. They were both 2AA grade (which is great) and one was already completely hatched out of the shell (they have to do that in order to implant). The procedure was pretty quick and easy, obviously this wasn’t our first rodeo! We did our jobs: Embryo scratch during my ERA biopsy last month to help implantation, HCG intrauterine “wash”, meaning the doctor put a small amount of HCG in my uterus 4 minutes before transferring the embryos which is supposed to also help with implantation. We’ve done it all so now it’s up to the embryos to do their thing!

I woke up with the sun this morning to enjoy a hot yoga class, get my blood pumping, to calm my nerves and mind. We had a nice warm breakfast before heading to our appointment. Grant and I grabbed some lunch on our way home and have been relaxing on the couch with Marley man. Tomorrow I’m resuming normal activity minus anything that would be harmful (strenuous exercise, hot yoga, hot bath, sauna, etc).

We are hoping that 3rd times a charm but know that it’s out of our hands and whatever is meant to happen will.

Thanks for all the calls/texts/messages this morning wishing us luck and all the prayers, we appreciate every single one ❤️
