Everyoneβs list of supplements is probably different. My list changed from clinic to clinic. I just go by what my doctor recommends and what I can tolerate.
Itβs recommended to start taking supplements 3 months before beginning an IVF round or an FET (frozen embryo transfer). The purpose is to improve your egg quality, and the overall health of your body, immune system and reproductive organs.
Men have supplements recommended for them as well depending on their situation and doctor. Grant is taking CoQ10 this round for overall health.
My regimen includes:
β’Pregnitude Powder mixed with water 2x a day
β’CoQ10 β’Prenatal+DHA
β’Calcium+ Vitamin D
I will continue this protocol until egg retrieval and beyond until Dr. Miller tells me otherwise.
Incorporating healthy fruits, veggies and antioxidants as well is eliminating processed and inflammatory foods is also highly recommended for egg and sperm quality so we get in as much πand π₯¬ as we can!
Donβt worry though, we still live our best life and indulge in π and every once in a while π
What does your supplement list/lifestyle changes look like for you and your partner when your prepping? π
